After Miranda Lambert’s husband, Brendan McLoughlin was caught on video with his flirty dancing moves, he reportedly wasn’t doing anything inappropriate — at least to one of the women seen in the clip. She defended the former police officer’s behavior as part of a bachelorette party celebration, but we haven’t heard what Lambert thought about the situation… until now.
The country singer reportedly gave her husband “an earful” after “embarrassing her” because flirtatious moments like that go viral very quickly on the internet. “There’s absolutely no way that Miranda is staying quiet about Brendan’s flirty videos that are circulating on social media,” an In Touch source revealed. Even though everyone involved in the video has claimed it was an innocent moment, there are issues in McLoughlin’s past that might be a trigger point for Lambert.
“She loves Brendan and takes their marriage seriously, so I know she’s upset [about] this,” the insider shared. “Brendan has a cheating past that she’s very well aware of, which is why they discussed it at length before they were married.” The PDA occurred at Lambert’s bar, Casa Rosa, in Nashville, and it’s uncomfortable because “everyone in town is talking about it.” The “Somethin’ Bad” singer apparently feels that “he wouldn’t be acting that way” if Lambert had been with him that night. “I’m sure Brendan is in the doghouse, and rightfully so. He definitely crossed the line,” the source added.
McLoughlin made waves in 2019 when Carol Bruno alleged to Us Weekly that her daughter, Jackie, was engaged to him when Kaihla Rettinger called her to say that she was pregnant with his baby. “The girl contacted her. Jackie was in Sweden playing professional soccer, got injured, and came home and the girl contacted her. She broke the news to her,” Carol divulged. “[Brendan] tried to deny it and then begged her to stay with him. She was only going for a few months to play, he was begging her to marry him before she left, even though he knew the girl was pregnant.”
His son, Landon, was born in November 2018, but by Feb. 16, 2019, she was married to Lambert — talk about a messy love life. He was juggling three women in the same year! It’s no wonder the country star is a little stressed about his very friendly dance moves and affectionate body language. For now, Lambert and McLoughlin will probably want to discuss boundaries in their marriage because he might be pushing his limits.
