HUDSON FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Hudson Falls man was arrested on Wednesday following a domestic incident on Elizabeth Street in Hudson Falls. Andrew Mattison, 38, faces several charges.
Police say they responded to Elizabeth Street for reports of someone who had been allegedly strangled by Mattison during an argument. Police say the victim locked him out of the home at one point, but he forcibly kicked the front door and assaulted a third party in the residence.
Police say Mattison fled the scene prior to their arrival but turned himself in later Wednesday night.
Mattison was held for arraignment at the Washington County Central Arraignment Court.
