And what better way to celebrate Pride Month and this hot, steamy summer than with a week dedicated to smut from your favorite horny publication?
That’s not a rhetorical question, actually. We’re rounding out Freak Week with our first-ever Theme Week Pop-up on Sunday, June 30 at 5 P.M. Starting this month, we’ll be holding actual, in-person events where we can all gather together to fully immerse ourselves in the juicy, sometimes controversial themes your favorite Cut articles cover — and we’re starting with a one-night-only book club for smut and romance fans. At Ripped Bodice bookstore in Brooklyn, you’ll have the opportunity to gather with Cut fans who can match your freak, along with our editor-in-chief Lindsay Peoples and best-selling romance author Tessa Bailey.
We’ll be handing out tote bags and hosting an embroidery station where you can decorate them, and there will be plenty of sweet treats to go around. There will also be a photo-collage station and even a 10 percent discount on any purchases made during the event. VIP ticket holders will get a special Cut hat and a chance to meet and greet with Tessa Bailey.
