MIDTOWN, Manhattan (PIX11) – A woman was fatally struck by a car in a Midtown hit-and-run on Tuesday, according to the NYPD.
The hit-and-run happened near West 58th Street and 10th Avenue around 3:40 a.m. A witness saw the 28-year-old woman get hit by a dark-colored SUV, which fled from the scene going eastbound on West 58th Street, according to authorities.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
