This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has unveiled her next acting job.
Alongside an official poster for a "high-flying panto adventure", she confirmed her supporting role as Magical Mermaid in Birmingham Hippodrome's production of Peter Pan.
In the post on her Instagram, it was revealed the panto will run from Saturday, December 21 to early February next year.

In a promotional video, Hammond told the camera: "Do you know what, I had such a good time in panto last year that I'm back! Peter Pan this year and I'm the Magical Mermaid. I can't wait to see you all this Christmas at Birmingham Hippodrome."
The caption on the post added: "The news is out babs. The Queen of Birmingham, Alison Hammond is returning to the Hippodrome this year as the Magical Mermaid.
"Alison will be starring alongside Hippodrome favourite @mattslackoffical in Peter Pan opening on Sat 21 Dec."
She acted in the Hippodrome's Jack and the Beanstalk panto last Christmas.

During a day off on Jack and the Beanstalk, Hammond broke down in tears live on This Morning after being gifted a plaqued seat at the Hippodrome by her work pals.
"I'm so sorry I'm crying, you don't understand what that would have meant to my mum," she told co-presenter Dermot O'Leary, who replied: "With that in mind, we know you used to go there with your mother so we've got the next seat along, we've just named it after your mother.
"We've talked about it many times that one of her favourite musicals was West Side Story so we've put 'the most beautiful sound I ever heard, Maria' on there."
