ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, five people were charged in a Capital Region drug conspiracy. Four other people previously pleaded guilty in the case.
Felix Arencibia, 38, of Amsterdam:
Todd Austin, 64, of Gloversville:
Ahmad Burke, 66, of Albany:
Kevisha DuBoise, 27, of Schenectady:
Christian Mur-Santana, 28, of Las Vegas, Nevada:
It is alleged that all of these defendants participated in a drug conspiracy that led to the distribution of methamphetamine in the Capital Region. The U.S. Attorney's Office says this occurred between November 2022 and July 2023.
Arencibia and Mur-Santana face a sentence of 10 years to life in prison when sentenced. Austin, Burke, and DuBoise face a maximum sentence of 20 years.
