PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A fourth teen has been arrested in the killing of a cat in Salem, officials said.
According to Salem police, the 16-year-old who was determined to be the shooter in the May 10 incident was arrested Saturday, at his home, without incident.
Three other arrests in the killing had already been made and each teen faced criminal proceedings in juvenile court.
The fourth suspect was taken in on the charge of first-degree aggravated animal abuse.
