SHOPPERS are raving about a summer blouse that’s a must-buy for women with big boobs.
The ‘Carol’ top, part of the Fabulous Fuller Bust Collection, is a zebra-print blouse that features a flattering peplum design, three quarter length sleeves and delicate button detailing.
Priced at £30, it has been dubbed the “perfect ‘jeans and a top’ top” for women with a DD+ chest by shoppers.
Fabulous’ Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale, who helped design and model the range, commented: “The top features a tie-back detail so you can give yourself more shape, depending on how fitted you want it to be.
“Plus, extra fabric has been added behind the buttons to stop gaping around the bust.”
She added: “It’s a must-buy for those with a big bust – like me! – in need of the perfect ‘jeans and a top’ top.”
Maxine Sumner Woolley, a fashion influencer, who is a size 34H, commented: “I’m a size 16 and it’s so lovely to find clothes that are true to size. This is figure-skimming but not clingy.”
She added: “I have always found clothes tight on my bust. There’s nothing worse because it’s uncomfortable and it gives you a funny silhouette.
Some lucky Fabulous readers got an exclusive sneak peak at the collection. Here's what they thought...
“Finally there is a clothing collection that is stylish, comfy and made with quality fabrics, perfect for women with DD+ boobs.”
“I haven’t had to compromise on either style or fit, which is what I always wanted.”
“It looks so expensive on and feels such good quality for what you’re paying. I’d live in this dress all summer long!”
“I feel like the collection enhances what I have, rather than covering my boobs up.”
“I’m a size 16 and it’s so lovely to find clothes that are true to size. This is figure-skimming, but not clingy.”
“On the whole the high-street just does not cater for women with a big bust, you just don’t see things that are suitable for a bigger bust.
“I feel so comfortable in this top. It’s wonderful to get such a good fit without having to pay over the odds.”
Two-in-three Fabulous readers with size DD+ boobs struggle to find clothes that fit.
And, four in five women told us that the clothes they usually buy are often too tight, gape, show their bra straps or have low necklines.
Now Fabulous, The Sun’s lifestyle brand for women, has launched the Fuller Bust Collection, its first fashion line, which aims to solve readers’ style woes.
The limited-edition, seven-piece summer capsule range features five dresses and two tops, all of which have been designed with the help of more than 2,500 readers.
Readers have been part of the design process via Facebook, WhatsApp, email and our website.
They’ve helped make key decisions on everything from the prints and colours, to the style and fit.
64% of women with a size DD+ chest struggle to buy clothes. We recruited 2,500 fuller-busted women to help us design a range just for them. The result? Clothes that finally flatter your bust!
Meanwhile, specialist designers have made essential clothing tweaks – including hidden poppers, shirred fabric detailing and additional lining – to make the problem of dressing a big bust a thing of the past.
Abby says: “Even though I’m surrounded by clothes 24/7 in my job, I constantly struggle to get things to fit my 34G bust – until now.
“The readers’ input to this collection has been invaluable and together we’ve made a range that will flatter their busts and they’ll love to wear for years to come.”
