Is America fascist? In today's America the fascism is more subtle camouflaging itself outwardly embracing freedom and democracy and following international law but ignoring and disobeying them whenever it sees fit believing in its own omnipotence and doing whatever it wants, whenever it wants and won't be challenged. That is the American empire.
