We are excited to announce a new Gold Partnership with Fife-based business Industrial Roofing Scotland.
This commercial deal will see Industrial Roofing Scotland deliver the new wall cladding to our Main Stand, ready for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
The new cladding will revitalise our oldest stand with our signature bold deep blue, enhancing both its appearance and durability.
The improvements to the stand and its infrastructure will help secure the long-term future of our iconic Kirkcaldy landmark and also helps to showcase the vision of our new Board.
Apart from a new roof installation in 1999, the Main Stand has been largely untouched for almost 100 years, and Industrial Roofing Scotland’s expertise in similar projects across Scotland will ensure we receive highest quality upgrade to such an important part of our stadium.
Dean Mckenzie, Club General Manager commented, “We are delighted to be teaming up with Industrial Roofing Scotland to deliver a new look for the stadium’s Main Stand ahead of the new season. The buzz around the Club over the past 12 months has been amazing, and the upgrade of the current Turnbull Hutton Stand further signifies our intent to move the Club forward. The Main Stand has stood practically untouched for a century following its completion in 1925. The proposals for the new frontage, as well as creating a new and inviting experience for fans, will also enhance the building’s durability and energy efficiency, which is great from a commercial perspective.”
The works are set to start on Monday (24th June) and will last around five weeks.
As well as being our Official Cladding Supplier for the project, Industrial Roofing Scotland have also secured Gold Partner status through joining as a brand new commercial partner for the 2024/25 season.
This means that the Industrial Roofing Scotland brand will be seen across all of our media channels, including the website, social media and physical branding inside the ground.
They will also become the first ever sponsor of the RRFC Business Club, which continues to grow with over 40 members.
Industrial Roofing Scotland Director Jamie Morton said, “It’s exciting times at Industrial Roofing Scotland, we are evolving day-by-day, very similar to what’s going on at Raith Rovers. We, like them, have a real commitment to bringing the best out of our people and we see some synergy with what’s going on at Raith Rovers – although in significantly different markets. It was a thrilling ride for Raith Rovers fans last year, the trials and tribulations of trying to win promotion galvanised the whole community around the club. We are thrilled to be joining the fray and look forward to supporting the club in their hunt for promotion this season.”
The partnership, which includes significant investment from both parties, symbolises a shared vision of progress and performance and one where we both aim to offer added value in our respective fields.
For us at Raith Rovers, our focus is on our fans, and for Industrial Roofing Scotland, it’s all about their clients.
We’re delighted to be working with Industrial Roofing Scotland for the coming season and excited to update you all on the ongoing progress of the works.
