I've had a nighmare with the new app, too. It was autoloaded on my phone and iPad but username/password didn't transfer. Used original email to reregister on new app but it doens't seem to have migrated my purchase information from previous app. When I sign in using a webbrowser, I can see all my purchase hsitory (BluesTV subscription).
Written three times to the app bods, but no response as of yet.
Worried I can no longer watch BluesTV via the app when the season starts. Time will tell.
