Teyana Taylor Shines in Futuristic Pumps and Metallic Bodycon Dress at MAC’s Viva Glam Billion Dollar Ball
Teyana Taylor showcased a futuristic look in metallic pointed pumps for MAC’s Viva Glam Billion Dollar Ball in New York City on Wednesday night.
The pumps were constructed in a shiny silver colorway, putting attention on their chrome appearance. Additionally, the shoes included a sharp, angular design and were without any additional adornments, keeping the focus on her ensemble. The silhouette was completed by a sharp heel ranging between 3 and 4 inches in height.
As of her outfit, the singer and actress paired her metallic-style pumps with a matching strapless halter dress characterized by a small slight slit on the side. Taylor contrasted her silver fit with a long red hairstyle and hoop earrings. She completed her look with a silver clutch.
Elevated footwear looks are what Taylor prefers for formal occasions and events she’s attending. For The King’s Trust Gala in New York City in early May, she was seen in a pair of Marc Jacobs’ Kiki Knee-High boots which featured silver buckles traveling down the center of the fitted sleeve, a platform base and a block heel that stood 6 inches tall.
This followed the denim knee-high boots she showcased in April while attending the 2024 Revolve Festival. Those shoes mirrored a similar pair she was spotted in this past October for CultureCon NY. For the event, the singer donned a pair of platform boots by Rick Owens that featured a leather composition, over-the-knee uppers, a square-toe design and a thick platform outsole that measured between 2 to 3 inches in height.
The set was completed with black grills atop each toe, and clear block heels totaling 5.5 inches in height.
A few months prior, Taylor attended the red carpet of the 69th Taormina Film Festival in Taormina, Italy, in Louis Vuitton Zoom platform boots. Crafted in calf leather, the boots were enhanced by a black and white checkered design on the toe, a convenient back zip, an oversized, wood-effect leather outsole, the LV Initials stud on the outsole and patent monogram canvas loops.
