Chrissy Teigen Shares the Most Precious Throwback Video of Daughter Luna & She’s a Tiny, Confident Queen
Holy cuteness! Chrissy Teigen just shared the most heart-melting throwback video of her 8-year-old daughter Luna, and this is the kind of adorable content we didn’t know we needed. In the video, a [probably] 3-year-old Luna is talking to a loved one or caregiver (likely her grandmother, Vilailuck “Pepper” Teigen) and insists she “knows everything.”
“I know how to eat candy,” she said, starting with the most important piece of knowledge. “And I know how to eat Pocky, and I know how to eat Sour Patch candy, and pasta, and eggs.” The little girl — who Teigen shares with John Legend along with kids Miles, Esti, and Wren — looks so proud of herself. And we don’t blame her! It is impressive to know how to eat Sour Patch candy. Plenty of adults can’t make it through a bite without making a face, and eggs can be hit or miss.
Whoever was talking to Luna was nicely goading the feisty little girl. “That’s all you know, but I know more.”
“I know more,” Luna insisted, getting amped up.
“I can travel,” the person said.
“No, I can travel! I’m the one!” she said, inspiring Teigen to caption the throwback, “IM THE ONE!!”
Luna was quite proud of herself when it was revealed that she knew how to swim — “I can do really good” — when the other person couldn’t. She conceded that she didn’t know how to drive but had the cutest response upon that realization.
“Maybe when I get a liiiittle bit older,” she said, holding her fingers really close together to show how long it would take. And wow, that tiny, confident queen said it with enough conviction that we almost believed her.
“Too cute! She came with an assertion, supporting facts/examples, & was oh so passionate in her delivery ????. Smart girl!” one follower said.
“What an angel. Seriously doesn’t get any cuter and we love an empowered strong-minded smart little lady ???? ????❤️,” another commented.

One follower noticed in this throwback video that 3-year-old Luna looks so much like her 1-year-old sister, Esti. And that checks out. The Teigen-Legend kids look a lot like each other. Well, really they look a lot like their dad. (I mean, look at Miles!)
Last summer, fans told Teigen it’s like she’s “collecting John Legends,” and we can’t disagree. The four cuties definitely take after the “All of Me” singer.
