After 14 years of chaos, hard- working Brits are feeling the cost of monthly payments sent skywards.

And they want an alternative not a repeat.

That is why my changed Labour Party’s manifesto takes a different approach: Stability not chaos.

It will put money back in Sun readers’ pockets and get growth back, not hike taxes on working people.

My iron-clad guarantee to Sun readers is this: We will not raise income tax.

We will not raise national insurance.

We will not raise VAT.
