KAYLA SIMMONS has shown off a new tattoo to her fans – but there is a catch.
The social media star flaunted her sideboob and shook her bum as she revealed the ink on social media.

In a video posted to her Instagram story, Kayla posed in a skimpy brown swimsuit, matching brown hat and unbuttoned jeans.
As well as flaunting her physique, she pouted and stuck out her tongue for the camera.
Kayla also wrote: “Spot the new tattoo,” with an inked heart visible just above her jeans.
However, her next post revealed the truth behind her latest tattoo.
Alongside a mirror selfie which once again saw her show off her sideboob, Kayla confirmed the tattoo was not real.
She revealed: “It’s a fake tattoo btw lol.”
Former college athlete Kayla has built a strong fanbase on social media since her days playing volleyball for Marshall University.
Her online stardom has seen her amass one million followers on Instagram since moving to Los Angeles.
