Lady Gaga Reveals What She Would Have Worn to Met Gala 2024 If She Attended
Lady Gaga did not make it to the 2024 Met Gala. However, she showed us the look that she was strongly considering if she did attend the biggest night in fashion earlier this month.
Since that the 38-year-old pop titan is always pushing the boundaries of fashion, the annual themed event is made for her. However, she hasn’t ascended the steps outside the Metropolitan Museum of Art since 2019.
It’s not clear why Gaga did not attend the event this year. However, she took to social media this week to shed light on the avant-garde look that she had in mind for the occasion.

On Instagram, Gaga shared several photos of herself wearing the AZIZ gown and Philip Treacy mask that she wore to the premiere of the Gaga Chromatic Ball earlier this week.
“THIS IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE WORN TO THE MET GALA. THE GIMP OF THE GARDEN,” she wrote in the accompanying caption.
The theme for the 2024 Met Gala was “The Garden of Time,” meaning that she would have been perfectly on theme.
