The Telegraph have claimed that Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs plotting a move for Rashford on the back of the forward’s struggles at Manchester United this season.
The report discusses Rashford’s fall from grace this season, pointing out that he has gone from finding the back of the net 30 times last season to doing so on just eight occasions this campaign.
It is suggested that there might be an acceptance from all parties that the United star now needs a fresh start elsewhere under a new coach.
The Telegraph name Spurs as one of the three clubs interested in Rashford, stating that the Lilywhites could make a move for the England international if they sell Richarlison.
Paris Saint-Germain are also thought to have made overtures to sign the 26-year-old, with club president Nasser Al-Khelaifi said to be hatching plans to bring the forward to the French capital.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are also alleged to be keeping tabs on the United academy graduate’s situation ahead of the summer transfer window.

Rashford is on £300,000 per week at Old Trafford, which means that unless he is prepared to take a substantial pay cut, Tottenham would have to make him their highest-paid player.
I do not see that happening as it would create issues in the dressing room, particularly at a time when the club are still holding discussions with Son over a new deal.
