One savvy shopper picked up a large, pink, velvet ottoman for just £25, down from an original price of £100.

The shopper, who was celebrating a bargain haul, had also picked up discounted shelving for £5, three boucle baskets for £1, and a cute bunny basket for £1.
We couldn’t spot the items online or the original prices but a set of two boucle storage baskets from Next will set you back £30, while a similar bunny storage basket from Argos is retailing at £12.
Shelving units at Argos are available from £12, while at Wilko a small white cube bookcase will set you back £14.99.

She also shared a tip that Tassimo coffee machines had been discounted to the bargain price of £10. The only Tassimo listed on B&M’s website was originally £45.
