AAP leader Atishi claimed that Swati Maliwal, facing charges and potential arrest in an illegal recruitment case registered by the ACB, has been made the face of a conspiracy by the BJP. Atishi added that if CM Kejriwal had not been busy during Maliwal's visit, she might have accused him instead of Bibhav Kumar in the assault case.
