SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Victoria Pool in the Saratoga Spa State Park will open in time for Memorial Day and the Belmont Stakes. The pool will open for weekend swimming on Saturday, May 25, and daily swimming on Saturday, June 29.
Along with the pool opening, there are new amenities available for guests that will be in the area for the 156th Belmont Stakes. Free amenities include mineral spring tasting, architecture tours, and children's programming at the Creekside Classroom.
The May opening is the earliest the Greco-Roman-style pool has had since the COVID-19 pandemic. Over 50,000 visited Victoria Pool in 2023, and Dave Mathews, Sheryl Crowe, and members of the NYC Ballet have also visited.
