Sabrina Carpenter’s opening a whole café. A month after releasing her spring bop “Espresso,” she’s serving up a whole menu of takes on the song, including “Double Shot,” “Decaf,” and “Mochapella.” Those are, of course, sped-up, slowed-down, and a cappella versions of “Espresso,” out on Carpenter’s new Espresso EP. There’s also an “Espressooooo Version,” a.k.a. extended version — but wait, wouldn’t that be an Americano (or maybe a long espresso)? At this rate, where’s the Spanish-language “Cafecito” version? The club remix “Espresso Martini” version? Does Café Sabrina serve an “Iced Oat Vanilla Latte With an Extra Shot” version, too?
