Chelsea have joined the race in the pursuit of Manchester United-linked midfielder Teun Koopmeiners in the summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old Dutch midfielder is expected to move on from Atalanta in the summer transfer window.
He was previously linked with a move to Liverpool but interest from the Reds this summer has been played down.
He is also attracting interest from clubs in the Premier League with Manchester United also interested in getting their hands on the Koopmeiners.
According to Italian outlet TuttoJuve, Chelsea are also in the race to sign the Dutch midfielder this summer.
The Blues are again looking to spend big in the next transfer window despite their potential PSR issues.
Chelsea want to add to their midfield and Koopmeiners is one of the players the club are tracking.
Atalanta are expected to demand a fee north of the €60m figure before agreeing to sell him this summer.
Serie A giants Juventus are also in the race and are pushing to get their hands on the Netherlands midfielder.
