THEY have been dating for six months and former Corrie star Katie McGlynn and TOWIE’S Ricky Rayment are clearly enjoying their blissful honeymoon period.
The couple appeared besotted with one another, as they attended Joe Thompson’s charity football match at Rochdale FC in Manchester.

TOWIE star Ricky, 33, looked typically dapper in a navy polo shirt matching shorts and a cap, as he stayed close to Katie’s side.
It was around Valentines Day earlier this year that The Sun revealed how the couple had been secretly dating for four months, after they were spotted shopping together near Ricky’s home in Essex.
They are thought to have met on holiday at the start of October and have been inseparable ever since.
During a recent interview, the pair seemed to hint that an engagement could be imminent.
Speaking to OK magazine in the midst of a glamorous shoot to mark their six month milestone, Ricky was asked whether he planned to get down on one knee.
He said: He said: “I’m afraid that’s for me to know and for everyone else to find out. It’s only been six months, so we’ll see, but it’s looking positive.”
And actress Katie added: “We are very happy – the happiest I’ve been – and Ricky is romantic. I know he would pull out all the stops.”
Manchester-based Katie who played the tragic Sinead Tinker in ITV’s Corrie, was last in a relationship in 2019.
Meanwhile, reality TV star Ricky dated Jess Wright, when they both appeared together in The Only Way is Essex, eventually calling time on their romance after two years together.
Recently Katie revealed why she was keen to keep their union hidden from the spotlight:
She said: “I’ve always tried to keep my love life private where possible.
“I don’t like spilling my beans in front of everybody. I’m an actress. I go on TV and play other people, and that’s where I like to leave it.
“So I wanted to keep Ricky and I under wraps for a while until I knew it was serious before sharing it with other people.”
Indeed Katie isn’t the first Corrie actress to fall in love with a TOWIE hunk – her former co-star Michelle Keegan is happily married to TV and radio star Mark Wright.
