Ipswich Town manager Kieran McKenna is on West Ham United’s radar as a potential replacement for David Moyes at the end of the season, according to the Daily Mail.
McKenna’s stock has been on the rise following his brilliant impact on Ipswich since he took charge of the club in 2021 when they were in the bottom half of League One.
He won promoted to the Championship in his first full season at Portman Road and his side are now a point away from securing back-to-back promotions to the Premier League on Saturday.
There is already talk of Brighton wanting him if Roberto De Zerbi moves on from the Amex Stadium in the summer.
And it has been claimed that McKenna’s name is under consideration at West Ham as well ahead of the end of the season.
The Hammers are likely to replace Moyes at the end of the season when his contract with the club expires.
Former Wolves boss Julen Lopetegui and current Lille manager Paulo Fonseca are being assessed by the club.
They have also noted McKenna’s work at Portman Road, especially with his team being on the brink of Premier League football.
Whether McKenna would be prepared to leave Ipswich if he has just got them up to the Premier League though is unclear.
