Manchester United In The Race For Liverpool Targeted Midfielder

Manchester United are involved in the race to sign Liverpool midfield target Teun Koopmeiners in the summer transfer window.

 

The 26-year-old midfielder has been heavily linked with a move away from Atalanta in the coming months.

 

Juventus are amongst the clubs who are chasing the player and he is one of their top targets for the summer.

 

 

Liverpool are also interested in him with suggestions that incoming manager Arne Slot wants to reunite with Koopmeiners, who he coached at AZ Alkmaar.

 

According to Dutch daily De Telegraaf, Manchester United are also among the clubs chasing the Dutch midfielder in the upcoming window.

 

 

The Premier League giants are likely to bring in one or even two midfielders in the summer with Casemiro and Christian Eriksen expected to move on from Old Trafford.

 

Koopmeiners is one of the midfielders Manchester United are considering ahead of the summer.

 

 

Atalanta are likely to sell if they receive offers in the region of €50m to €60m in the upcoming window.
