A Mayfield man has been arrested in connection to a domestic incident, according to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office.
MAYFIELD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Mayfield man has been arrested in connection to a domestic incident, according to the Fulton County Sheriff's Office. Drake Dolder, 28, is facing multiple charges.
On April 16 at 2:28 a.m., officers responded to a home on Oak Lane in Mayfield for the report of a disturbance. Police say Dolder was reportedly at the residence in violation of an active order of protection.
Dolder was allegedly involved in a physical altercation that caused damage to property while two children were present in the home. He then reportedly fled the scene on foot before police arrived, only to come back a short time later, prompting officers to return to the home.
Police said that upon their return, Dolder refused to leave the house, leading to a K9 unit being deployed. Dolder was arrested without incident shortly thereafter. He was charged with the following offenses:
Dolder was then taken to the Fulton County Correctional Facility, where he was held to await arraignment at CAP Court. He is scheduled to appear at the Town of Mayfield Court at a later date.
