This isn’t the first time The View casts have been on a hiatus as they recently took a break during the Spring of 2023.
The View is off the air for the rest of the week following its April 22, 2024 hiatus.
According to the show’s rep, the ladies are off due to a scheduled Spring break.
In lieu of new episodes during their mini-vacation, reruns of previous episodes will air throughout the week.
The View is set to return with new episodes on Monday, April 29.
This isn’t the first time the ladies from The View have taken a break from the Hot Topics table.
The cast members went on a brief hiatus for Spring break in April 2024.
This hiatus was due to the cast members going on vacation.
During their absence, fan-favorite reruns of the show played throughout the entire month.

Before their July 2022 hiatus, The View aired from the Bahamas in celebration of the program’s 25th anniversary.
However, as a result of the reruns scheduled for that week, fans hoping to catch new episodes were quite upset with the news.
One viewer took to Twitter to write: “The View is on hiatus… what am I suppose to do???”
Another angry fan blasted: “Why the hell is july 5 show a damn repeat, you were just in the g****mn bahamas. Do your jobs.”
