Report: Spurs-linked winger is ‘determined’ to secure a transfer this summer
Mundo Deportivo have claimed that rumoured Tottenham target Dani Rodriguez now looks increasingly likely to leave Barcelona at the end of this season.
Although Rodriguez is yet to make his senior debut for Barca, the youngster has been making waves in youth football for the last couple of years and has attracted attention from several sides around Europe.
Sport were the first to report back in March that the Catalan club are fearful of losing the winger this summer as the likes of Tottenham circle over the youngster.
Rodriguez wants to leave Barcelona this summer
Mundo Deportivo have now suggested that the 18-year-old’s future does appear to lie away from Camp Nou as he ‘seems determined’ to leave the club this summer.
It is alleged that Rodriguez has asked his agent Pini Zahavi to find him a new club but he is not in a hurry to make a decision and wants to study the various proposals that arrive on the table this summer.
The report makes no mention of Spurs but reveals that Real Sociedad and Athletic Club Bilbao have already made contact with the Spain Under-19 international over a summer switch.

Tottenham should be able to make a persuasive case to Rodriguez that he will develop quite well at Hotspur Way, given how young players have thrived under Postecoglou this season.
The Spurs hierarchy also have a good relationship with Pini Zahavi, which they will likely try to use to their advantage in this transfer pursuit.
