Hundreds of people kicked out into street as police break up party
Drone images show the moment over 300 people were turfed out of a house party last night after police shut it down.
Officers broke up the event after getting calls complaining about noise and disruption in the Tile Hill area of Coventry last night.
Police shared photos on X of crowds spilling out into the road, showing the scale of the party (someone’s parents might be about to get a nasty shock).
They issued a closure order on a property, which can be done at locations where there is a risk of ‘nuisance to members of the public’, or of disorder taking place.
WMP Eye in the Sky posted on X: ‘Our nights drone providing an aerial overview following a closure order on a house party in Tile Hill Coventry.
‘Numbers estimated over 300 young people within a residential house.
‘Party closed down and the young people dispersed away from the area.’
