Nicoleen, 41, said she likes to give her skin a rest from wearing foundation.
On her days off from makeup, she uses her Epsom salt concoction.

- Remove makeup
- 1 dessert spoon of Epsom Salts
- Add some face cream
- Add a tiny drop of water
- Rub together in your palms and wait for the crystals to dissolve
- Apply the cream all over the face
