WHEN we think of TK Maxx, we think of brands: from DKNY and Michael Kors to Marni and Steve Madden.
And while we know the clothing racks are worth a rummage, it seems the make-up counters are too.
Charlotte Tilbury make-up has been spotted in TK Maxx… and it’s still full-price on the brand’s website[/caption]When it comes to good beauty brands, it’s easy to get excited about the prospect of nabbing them at a discount.
Eagle-eyed beauty buffs have noticed the off-price retailer is flogging Charlotte Tilbury make-up for nearly 50% cheaper.
You can nab the British brand’s Hollywood Glow Glide Face Architect Highlighter in the shade ‘Moonlit Glow’ for £21.99.
It typically retails at an eye-watering £38 for seven grams of product and is still full price on the Charlotte Tilbury website.
“Moonlit Glow is an incandescent ivory powder highlighter inspired by the magic of moonlight,” Charlotte herself said in a blurb on the highlighter.
“Combining the rich pigment pay-off of a pressed powder with the skin-gilding satin texture of a liquid highlighter.
“My Hollywood Glow Glide Face Architect Highlighters illuminate, lift and sculpt the look of your skin without creasing, caking or settling into fine lines for a confidence-boosting glow.
“Use this illuminating, sculpting-effect highlighter on your cheeks, jawline, eyes, nose, brows and lips for a glowing, defined looking facial structure.”
There’s also a Charlotte Tilbury bronzer stocked in TK Maxx right now.
The £45 Beautifucal Skin Sun-Kissed Glow Bronzer has been slashed to £29.99 – a whopping 33% saving.
“Enriched with hyaluronic acid and sunshine provitamin D3, this cream bronzer is the secret to instant sun-kissed skin and a beautiful, healthy-looking, beachy bronzed glow every day,” Charlotte said.
“My first ever cream bronzer blurs, hydrates and adds a wash of sun-kissed colour to your complexion, while improving the look of your skin every time you wear it.
“Like a portal to your best self, this bronzing beauty secret will transport you to the world’s most mesmerising beaches to unlock that summer glow look and feeling.”
TK Maxx follows an off-price business model to get designer products for cheap.
It buys merchandise from various brands and designers at a discount and then sells it to customers at lower prices than traditional retail stores.
The selection at its outlets often includes overstocked items, last season’s styles and goods from cancelled orders.
