The Met Office warning read: “Rain and snow has the potential to cause disruption in places, mainly to travel, with snow focused over high ground.”
There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded by the downpour.
Floods could also spark train and bus delays – and even some cancellations.
Wet roads will make for tricky driving, with some road closures possible.
And several rural communities in the Highlands could be cut off by flooding.
