PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — It is as much of a sign of the coming spring as losing an hour of sleep, false spring, and allergies. It is NCAA Tournament time. Once again this year, big games are coming to KOIN 6 along with a slew of schedule adjustments for KOIN 6 News programming.
As has been the case for the last several tournaments, live coverage of the 67 games will be split between four channels: TNT, TBS, TrueTV, and CBS/KOIN 6. To see a full list of the live and streaming coverage of every game, click here.
The First Four games will be played in Dayton, Ohio Tuesday and Wednesday night with the winners(*) advancing to the field of 64. Those games will be broadcast and streamed on TrueTV.
The only team from the Portland region to make the men's tournament, Pac-12 Tournament Champion Oregon Ducks, and 11 seed, will get started against 6th-seeded South Carolina, on Thursday at 1 p.m. on TNT
The games on KOIN 6 on Thursday and Friday feature true Blue Bloods North Carolina, Michigan State, Kentucky, UCONN, and Duke. On both days, CBS Sports will tip off their coverage at 9 a.m. followed by these games:
