THE Spring season is upon, which means it’s time to get the house cleaned up and for the coming months.
And that includes everything from your bedrooms, to the kitchens and even your appliances like your tumble dryer too.

Having a clogged filter means your machine will use more energy to dry your clothes, as well as making your clothes smell.
By ensuring that this is clean, it will help to prevent odours and keeps your appliance working to the best of its abilities.
And even the cleanest of people have to do it, including cleaning professional Sophie Hinchliffe, also known as Mrs Hinch.
She recently shared a simple five-step guide to an effective tumble-dry clean with her Samsung dryer.
Sophie, 34, who currently has over 4.8 million followers on Instagram, took to her social media page to show how she gets her tumble dryer clean.
She first started off by emptying the drawer and emptying it into the sink.
Sophie then went onto clean the filter, but before doing so she put kitchen foil in the sink so that the lint doesn’t clog your plug hole.
Mrs Hinch then dusts down the outside of her tumble dryer, as well as keeping the lint for starting log fires at home.
Before the filter goes back in, use a duster to remove any additional lint from inside the machine.
Next, clean the heat exchange – pull it out and if you have a Samsung machine, you get a little brush to get all the dust out, so no washing is required.
Finally, spray a cloth and wipe the drum to finish.
