GOING under the knife is a big decision – and one some Love Islanders have lived to regret.
This week Gabby Allen, who was on series three of the ITV reality show, revealed she’d had surgery to fix a botched boob job, after her breasts became “annoying and uncomfortable”.
The fitness fanatic, 32, shared a montage of images of her breasts before and after her corrective surgery on Instagram.
Gabby explained how her nipples were left wonky and her breasts “under her armpits” after her original boob job, which she got to boost her “body confidence”.
She added that her boobs affected her training, were “really uncomfortable” and made it difficult to sleep on her back or side, and she could never go bra-less.

Laura Anderson was just 18 when she had her first boob job – getting a loan behind her parents’ backs to go from a 32B to a 32DD.
The 34-year-old – from Love Island’s fourth series – has previously admitted she regretted her surgery immediately.
“When I woke up, I just cried,” she told Fabulous.
“I’d asked the surgeon for the C cup implants but they’d put in the bigger ones and said it’d ‘Save me cash in the long run as they knew I’d want them done again,’ but I hated them as soon as I saw them, they were massive.”
In March 2019, after struggling with shooting pains in her left boob, Laura went under the knife again to have her implants changed.
But she still wasn’t happy with the results.
At the time she said: “When I came around I felt quite disheartened again.
“They’re still so big and I have these huge red scars which I don’t think will go.
“I can’t really feel them either and they can sometimes be quite painful, too.

“It’s actually got to the point now where I’m considering having them done again just to try and fix them for a third time – but it’s a vicious cycle.

Before going on Love Island last year, Jessie Wynter, 27, told her Instagram followers she regretted having a boob job when she was younger that went wrong.
The reality star called the experience a “nightmare” and confessed she wishes she’d stayed natural.
“It was one of those nightmare ones that didn’t go to plan,” she said. “I hope people don’t call me fake and they can see past it.”
She later admitted: “I honestly wish I could go back and tell younger me, ‘Dude, don’t get a boob job, you’re fine the way you are.’
“They kind of shoved [the implants] in, didn’t structure it or anything and they were just really, really far apart. And they pretty much fell into my armpits.”
In 2021 Megan Barton Hanson, 30, revealed she underwent a corrective breast surgery after weight loss left her implants uneven.
Megan – who was on series four of Love Island – said she wanted to be “honest and open” about it, adding there is “no shame in surgery” if you’ve researched a good trusted surgeon, are aware of the risks and it “makes you happy”.
A few months later, at the beginning of 2022, Megan – who has reportedly spent over £40,000 on surgery since the age of 17 – insisted she was done with going under the knife.
She added: “I restarted therapy and can confidently say I’m in the best, most content place I’ve ever been – mentally and physically.
“Because of this, my old, bigger breast implants no longer sat right on my chest, so I decided to go for a different style and shape.”
Olivia Attwood, 32, has been very open about her surgery and even presented ITV documentaries on it.
She was 20 when she first went under the knife, unhappy with her C-cup boobs, and jealous of her sister’s bigger breasts.
Despite her mum telling her she was beautiful as she was, and warning her the implants she’d chosen were too big for her slim frame, Olivia spent £4,000 from her own savings on a boob job.
But she went bigger than planned on the surgeon’s recommendation, as he told her she’d only need to come back to go bigger in a few years, and pay even more money.
But Olivia came to regret her decision, telling The Times: “What actually happened was I never didn’t wear a bra because these bloody boobs were so heavy.
“I was happy for a year, then I realised they didn’t look right for my frame. The weight of the implants started to stretch my skin and they got lower and lower.
“I started to think, ‘This isn’t what I signed up for at all’.”
Six years later Olivia had them reduced by a different surgeon to a 32DD, and claimed he told her: “You’re going to have a lot of scars that you just shouldn’t have in your twenties.”
Olivia’s advice to anyone contemplating getting a boob job is: “Don’t do the most to get your money’s worth.”
Earlier this year Paige Thorne revealed she’s considering getting her breast implants removed because she’s found it harder to find clothes she feels good in.
The paramedic, 25, had a boob job that took her up to a 32E, but confesses she was happier when she was a more natural B cup.
While her surgeon “did a great job”, Paige said having big boobs can make you feel a lot bigger.
“I do love them,” she said. “[But] I don’t like wearing low-cut tops now because they’re always there.”
