A HOUSEKEEPER has revealed her best clients’ top four habits that kept their home clean.
She explained that the simple routine tasks saved them time and money on home maintenance.
Cindy (@cleansnob) shared the cleaning tips in a TikTok video.
“Four things clean people do. They don’t wear shoes in the house and as a professional housekeeper, I can tell you this is a fact,” she said.
“Their floors are so much cleaner.”
On top of cleaner floors, she added that they tended to have cleaner surfaces.
“They wipe as they go,” she said, demonstrating the quick clean-ups she would do with a few napkins as she cooked and washed dishes.
Those who have better habits also tended to save themselves time, she added.
“They do dishes as they use them and after dinner, their kitchen is clean,” she said.
“They don’t leave a room empty-handed, they always grab something with them.”
The key to keeping on top of tidiness, Cindy, revealed, was to knock out multiple birds with one stone.
“They multitask. They do laundry while they’re spending quality time with their family and they put it up right away,” she said.
People agreed that better habits have never led them astray.
