AN anti-aging enthusiast has given her take on tackling wrinkles without breaking the bank.
She said her skincare regimen doesn’t include pricy cosmetic procedures like Botox or filler, but does smell a bit like Pepto Bismol and cardboard.
Nicole Bonnett (@nicole_bonnett), 29, filmed herself demonstrating her routine in a video on TikTok.
“My secret to plump and wrinkle-free skin at 29 years old,” she said.
“No Botox, no filler, no treatments — just Frownies, skincare, and sunscreen.”
She used the Forehead and Between Eyes Wrinkle Patches by Frownies, $24.95.
“Plus, the benefits of staying hydrated, eating healthy, and getting enough sleep,” she added.
“This is 29-year-old skin.”
The video came as part of a trend where people film themselves makeup free and without filters to show what their complexion looks like at any age.
Bonnett’s TikTok gained traction with skincare fans who expressed their thoughts in the comment section.
“I have wrinkle free skin at 29 too, because I’m only 29,” one wrote.
“But do you live a high stress lifestyle haha. I try to do these things to minimize my fine lines that are induced by stress,” Bonnett replied.
“What products do you use for your skin care?” another asked.
“I start with the Elf toner, then Ordinary Multi-Peptide Eye Serum, Argireline, and hyaluronic acid moisturizer with SPF,” Bonnett wrote back.
“Why does no one talk about the horrible smell of Frownies?” a third commented.
“Hahaha my first video I made on Frownies, I was like, ‘they’re so good, but they smell like Pepto Bismol cardboard,'” Bonnett said.
