TWO EastEnders legends enjoyed a huge reunion almost three years after one of them was killed off on the show.
Some of the EastEnders gang got together away from Albert Square to celebrate Martin Fowler star James Bye‘s birthday.
And also in attendance was Davood Ghadami, who played Martin’s best mate Kush Kazemi until his character was brutally axed in April 2021.
James – who was celebrating his 40th – took to Instagram to share a snap of him posing with Davood, 41, Kellie Bright, who stars as Linda Carter, and Stacey Slater actress Lacey Turner.
Davood reposted it and added: “Loved seeing the Enders team again. Birthday boy @jimmybye.”
James’ wife Victoria also posted more snaps from the night out for his milestone celebrations.
Jay Brown actor Jamie Borthwick and Matt Di Angelo, who plays Dean Wicks, were also on hand to mark the occasion.
Davood first appeared as Kush in EastEnders in October 2014 and the character was later murdered by serial killer Gray Atkins, played by Toby-Alexander Smith.
Former Strictly star Davood recently wowed fans by showing off an incredible body transformation.
Shortly after leaving EastEnders Davood landed a role in Holby City – and was left “gutted” when the long-running soap was cancelled not long afterwards.
He later wrote on Instagram: “Gutted for the fans and the amazing people who work so hard on Holby.”
Davood added: “I’ve only had the privilege of being part of @BBCHolbyCity for a couple of months but its already very clear that its a great big family not a workplace.
“It will be sorely missed. Let’s go out with a bang #Holby.”
