SEOUL, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) -- South Korea's foreign debt fell last year owing to lower short-term debt, which offset an increased long-term liability, central bank data showed Tuesday.
Foreign debt came to 663.6 billion U.S. dollars at the end of December in 2023, down 1.6 billion dollars from a year earlier, according to the Bank of Korea (BOK).
