WITH picture-perfect sand, crystal-clear waters and incredible nature reserves, the Caribbean is at the top of any beach lover’s wishlist.
That said, it’s not always the cheapest destination — but we’ve found hundreds of deals costing less than £900pp.
We’ve found hundreds of holiday deals to the Caribbean costing less than £900pp in March and April[/caption]The cheap deals come from TUI, so they will include your return flights, baggage allowance, accommodation and shared resort transfers.
The holiday company flies from more than 20 UK airports, so there should be options for everyone.
The only catch is that the cheap prices are available on holidays departing between March and April, so you’ll have to be ready to head off quite soon.
However, March and April fall within the dry season, the best time to visit the islands.
During this time, you can expect average temperatures around 29C, long hours of sunshine and very little rain.
Temperatures can reach highs of 35C, and they rarely drop below 25 all year round.
The average flights to these tropical paradises are between nine and ten hours, making the Caribbean easily accessible for Brits.
Once you get there, there are plenty of things to do besides relaxing on the beach.
You will be spoiled for choice, from watersports and scuba diving to rainforest activities, horseback riding, safaris and ziplining.
TUI offers holidays to Barbados, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and St. Lucia.
The cheapest deal we’ve spotted is in St. Lucia, with seven-night stays at Bay Gardens Hotel costing from £793pp on April 16.
The hotel is in a prime location in Rodney Bay, within a 10-minute walk from the beach or a free shuttle bus ride that will get you there in five.
The property has three outdoor pools and unlimited access to the Splash Island Waterpark at its sister resort.
Rodney Bay is one of St. Lucia’s most popular resorts, with many restaurants and bars along the marina, an artificial lagoon and famous beaches like Cap Estate, Smugglers Cove and Castries.
But if you’d rather head on an all-inclusive holiday so you don’t want to worry about a thing once you land, the biggest bargain we’ve found is week-long stays in Jamaica.
From £864pp, you could stay at the beachfront Samsara Cliff Resort, Negril — the only catch is that you will have to leave next week.
The property offers direct access to the sea and is home to Negril’s largest sundeck.
You’ll also find an infinity pool, a restaurant and a bar, serving Jamaican specialities and many rum-based cocktails.
