A visual puzzle has lots of pro observers confused – you’re an image if you can decipher the image.
Auto oil company BP shared the car-related mindbending image on Facebook.
“If you find yourself with a little more free time,” the caption of the photo started.
“Try spending a few minutes to crack this tricky brainteaser.”
Doing optical illusions and visual puzzles regularly is a great way to keep your mind sharp.
The picture shows three boxes side by side on a green background.
The first box had a sentence labeling it: “The car is in this box.”
The second box read: “The car is not in this box.”
The third box said: “The car is not in box one.”
Beneath the boxes were additional instructions.
“Only one statement is true,” the photo advised.
Take your time to think about what the puzzle presents for you to consider and figure it out.
If you think you have it, it wouldn’t be surprising to know that the answer is that the car is in box two.
“Remember that only one statement is true and that’s statement number 3,” BP said in a comment.
“If the car were under either of the other boxes, more than one statement would be true. Told you it was tricky.”
