ELLIE Leach has admitted that Bobby Brazier ‘won’t propose’ as she speaks out on their romance.
Last month The Sun revealed that the pair, who met on Strictly last year, had grown close on the show’s tour and had gone on a string of dates.
Since then the pair have kept very quiet about what’s going on between them.
Things seem to be going well as they fuelled ongoing romance rumours when they were seen cosying up at a hotel while hanging out with Ellie’s parents during the Strictly tour.
But marriage doesn’t seem to be on the cards anytime soon, as Ellie replied “No” when asked about engagement plans by MailOnline.
Speaking about Bobby, she added to the publication: “We were all on tour together.
“We all spent time together, which was lovely. You’re exposed to people following you around, which is a bit strange.
“But I think, ‘Just take it with a pinch of salt'”.
It comes just days after Bobby broke his silence on their relationship.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun at the the red carpet of the TV Choice Awards, he called Ellie “beautiful” and “amazing”.
The EastEnders hunk said of their relationship: “Ellie is a sweetheart, look at her…she’s beautiful, she’s amazing, she’s good at what she does.
“She’s a good dancer. She is a lovely lovely friend of mine.”
When asked if they were more than friends, he said: “She’s a lovely, lovely, lovely friend of mine.”
He really didn’t want to give much away as he cryptically added when asked if there was potential to be more: “I don’t know…you’ll have to see what she says.”
Despite spending Valentine’s Day alone, Bobby and Ellie later made a their first public appearance together.
Earlier this week they were all smiles as they posed for snaps at the Hadestown play press night at the Lyric Theatre.
At the time, a source told us: “Bobby and Ellie are the talk of the tour.
“Their friendship has grown and grown, and they’ve been spending nearly all their free time together before and after performances. They’ve been having their meals together, and flirting increasingly openly.”
They added: “They’re both hugely popular characters, and make a really cute couple.
“There are also endless commercial opportunities for them as a pair because they are both hugely in demand, with the world at their young feet.
“Everyone is very excited about this hot new pairing.”
