LOVE Island fans are convinced Toby Aromolaran and Georgia Steel’s relationship will be over within weeks after spotting a huge red flag.
The pair took their relationship up a notch in the villa and became “locked in” – another phrase for being exclusive.
Toby admitted that he wanted to wait until he met Georgia’s parents and visa-versa before asking her to be his girlfriend.
But some viewers were left confused and said he was using this as an excuse to avoid committing to the brunette beauty.
One sceptical fan wrote: “I just think it’s SO strange to meet the fam before even being official. I would never intro a guy I’m seeing before I’m calling him my boyfriend.”
A second posted: “Toby desperately scrambling for a reason to not make Georgia his girlfriend thing.”
“If you need someone else’s approval to date someone, then that person will always be more important than the person you’re dating. HUGE red flag,” a third commented.
A fourth added: “Nah it’s Toby’s excuse as he doesn’t want Georgia to be his gf.”
But not all fans agreed and said that it was the right decision.
One shared: “Lately more and more of the couples are waiting until they’re outside to become BF/GF. I think it’s partially to avoid the absolute cringe production they’re encouraged to do in there, which viewers now see as fake.”
This person echoed: “I think if you’ve been in an isolated environment doing a social experiment on national tv for weeks, and you haven’t had access to friends or family for emotional support, it’s normal to want to check in with them before making it official with someone.”
The topic of exclusivity came up in the villa.
A confused Georgia asked: “So what’s exclusive then? Until we meet our families?”
Toby said: I think so personally, I feel like that introduction is big.”
Georgia went on: “So say if someone asks me what’s exclusive…what should I say?”
Toby then pulled another relationship term out of the bag and said: “We’re just locked in.”
Georgia then shared her concerns with Georgia Harrison.
She told Georgia H about her earlier conversation with Toby and said: “I’ve never been exclusive with anyone, you’re either together or you’re not.
“And he [Toby] went, ‘yeah we’re obviously together, but I’d say we’re locked off’.
“I prefer that abbreviation for sure but I still don’t understand what locked off is.”
Many fans were quick to suggest that Toby had already “planned his escape”.

Toby and Georgia’s had a rollercoaster journey in the villa.
They initially had a spark on Love Island Games, but it fizzled out.
They rekindled their romance on All Stars but Toby backed off and said he wanted to explore other connections.
Georgia was gutted but ended up forming a connection with Callum as well as Tom Clare briefly, before Toby had a change of heart and won her back.
