While Salomon hiking boots often come at a premium, right now, the Outpulse Mid Gore-Tex boots are on sale for just $112—a 30% discount on the normally $160 price. Colors include all black as well as a light gray/black colorway with sizes ranging from 7 to 13, including half sizes.
These Solomon hiking boots were designed to tackle tough terrain, but they’re comfortable and stylish enough for everyday use. The key feature of these boots is the Gore-Tex membrane—they'll keep your feet dry if you’re trudging through puddles or hiking in the rain. Gore-Tex is widely considered the gold standard for breathable waterproofing, so you can confidently hike through inclement weather without your feet overheating.
Structurally, this boot is a mid-ankle style that adds comfort and support on twisty trails. It was given a rubber toe cap to provide additional protection alongside the grippy rubber outsole that eats up terrain without issue.
