The Saul Nash fall 2024 “Dress Codes” runway show on Sunday saw the debut of the brand’s newest collaboration with Sebago. Inspired by the aesthetic of London’s club culture throughout the early 1990s, the collaboration resulted in two exclusive loafer styles; The Classic Dan club loafer and the Classic Dan wrapped hybrid loafer.
The two low-cut slip-on loafers each feature a breathable unlined upper, leather sock lining and waterproof, flexible and durable natural leather sole with a sturdy, molded rubber heel.
The iteration of Sebago’s Classic Dan wrapped hybrid loafer, shown in both black Patent and matte leather during London Fashion Week, utilizes Vibram StratX technology across the upper to create a molded rubber silhouette, pairing it with Vibram soles, corrected grain leather and a leather sock lining to create a limited-edition silhouette.
Additionally, the brand’s new version of its Classic Dan club loafer, also shown in both black Patent and matte leather, combines Sebago’s iconized Classic Dan upper in corrected grain leather with Vibram soles for a more relaxed fit and feel.
The two new Sebago x Saul Nash styles will be available to purchase at saulnash.co.uk and sebago.co.uk beginning June 2024.
The collaboration between the two brands is not Sebago’s first time teaming up with another designer. In June of 2023, Sebago partnered with Drake’s on a capsule collection of boat shoes that reimagined the brand’s classic silhouettes with new design details, finishes and materials.
Founded in 1946, Sebago is an American Maine-based brand that manufactures a wide selection of quality casual footwear. Saul Nash, founded in 2018, is a London-based brand that specializes in the creation of technical garments for active consumers.
