FORT EDWARD, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Washington County District Attorney's Office announced the sentencing of two men arrested in August for trespassing in Pilot Knob. Tydeek Hostos and Rameen McCord were jailed on the charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
Hostos was arrested again for reportedly assaulting a Correctional Guard at the Washington County Jail on August 17. He was charged with second-degree assault.
Hostos was sentenced to three and a half years in state prison, while McCord was sentenced to three years. Both will also serve five years of post-release supervision.
