Essy recommended investing in matching kitchen appliances to create a more expensive look[/caption]In her video, Essy K Musa (@essy.k.musa), who describes herself as “the fancy realtor” broke down her practical and budget-friendly tips.
First, she recommended matching all your kitchen appliances when possible.
“It will make a total difference, you won’t believe it, things don’t look mismatched, they look like they were well thought out,” the TikToker explained.
“If you’re not able to get a black [appliance] because I know it can be hard, use black contact paper, trust me.”
Essy also advised her viewers to convert their kitchen counter corners into a practical kitchen station.
“Take a small section in the corner and [add] cute decorative pieces that are also functional,” she said.
“That cute corner can have your cookbook, it will make a whole lot of difference to your corner, it’s something very small and you’ve not spent that much.”
Similarly, the interior pro recommended investing in a “cute dish rack.”
“I bought a black one with a bit of goldish finishing, it’s pretty and it elevates the space,” Essy said.
She also suggested switching out the handles on your kitchen cabinets if possible.
“This small detail is what makes a huge difference in a small space,” she told her audience.
Next, she recommended adding some framed artwork or pictures to the space.
