YEARS before the All Stars spin-off, Callum Jones said Jess Gale was his ‘least favourite islander’.
Fans found an old interview clip and posted it to X, formerly known as Twitter.
In the interview, Callum was asked who his least favourite Islander was.
Referring to Jess and Eve, Callum answered: “Maybe the twins.”
One X user commented: “POOR JESS LMFAO.”
Another added: “Callum .”
Almost four years later, Callum coupled up with Jess when she came into the All Stars villa as a bombshell.
During the beginning of their reunion, he told Jess that she’d changed a lot and she seemed like she’d grown.
The pair have been going from strength to strength despite Callum’s ex, Molly Smith being in the villa.
Last night was the All Stars finale which saw Molly win the show with Tom Clare.
Jess and Callum came second place whilst Sophie Piper and Josh Ritchie came third.
Fans are still convinced that Callum is in-love with ex Molly.
They’ve been rooting for the pair to get back together throughout the entire series.
Speaking to host Maya Jama before the winners were announced, he made a comment that raised eyebrows among some viewers.
Callum said: “I think a lot of people find it hard to see friendship after a relationship has ended.
“For me, coming into it, that was one of the biggest things I wanted from the show. We are now friends, which I’m happy about and I know Molly’s happy about.
“People always want the fairytale ending and sometimes it doesn’t happen.”
Rushing to social media afterwards, one fan wrote: “Callum fumbled Molly !! And fumbled the winning spot!! All because he doesn’t believe in ‘fairytales’. Pride is such a disease!”
Another said: “YES WE DO LOVE A FAIRYTALE ENDING CALLUM AND WE’RE GONNA GET ONE WHEN YOU LEAVE THE VILLA AND SEE THE MOLLY AND CALLUM EDITS.”
