A BAD case of the “winter uglies” has seen one woman find a way to counteract it.
Viewers thanked her for the skincare tip, which they said was both comforting and satisfying.
By the time she had finished, she figured her makeup would go on flawlessly.
Yolanda Diaz (@yolandaadiazz) already has a crazy following of 1.5 million.
But her post has gone viral with 160,000 likes and hundreds of comments.
“On today’s episode of Yolanda’s backyard salon, we have a dermaplaning app,” she said.
“We have a really bad case of the winter uglies,” she added, appearing bare-faced.
“I need to do something about it. Haven’t done this in months.”
After applying an oil-based cleanser to her face, Yolanda picked up a dermaplaning razor.
It both exfoliates the face and removes peach-fuzz skin, and has been an online hit with beauty fans.
Slowly and methodically, she moved the tool all over her face, removing dirt from below the surface.
Once she had finished, she was ready to start her normal beauty routine.
“My makeup is about to go on so smooth,” she said.
“My favorite, it goes on flawlessly,” she added.
