A TV doctor had sex with a patient at his clinic and promised her Botox for romps, a tribunal heard.
Dr Tijion Esho, from This Morning, first met her at a gentlemen’s club, it was said.
She provided sexual services on OnlyFans and webcams, and visited the married dad of two about a designer lip procedure, which he provides at his clinics in London, Newcastle and Dubai.
After a 2019 appointment she followed him online and he would respond to her posts with sexual content, said Chloe Hudson for the General Medical Council.
The patient took this to mean he may want to be a customer of her services at the same time he was treating her, said Ms Hudson.
Further explicit texts followed and Ms Hudson said Dr Esho was aware it was wrong because he told the patient in one message: “I break the doctor’s code and I’d be a dead man.”
She said Dr Esho was aware the woman was vulnerable due to her job, with her appearance generating her income.
The patient alleges they eventually had sex at his Newcastle clinic, and that after he told her he could “get away with giving her Botox in exchange for sexual services”.
Dr Esho denies this. He admits four of ten charges including an improper emotional relationship with her from 2019-2022.
As The Sun revealed in 2022, after the claims were first raised Dr Esho had special conditions put on his licence, including needing to be chaperoned when with female patients.
The tribunal continues in Manchester.
